This course will support you in project planning by:

Explaining the benefits of planning.
Outlining five key principles in effective planning.
Discussing planning at different levels within an organisation.
Explaining the usefulness of project planning tools and techniques.
Developing your understanding of project implementation and monitoring.

Completing the Course:

At the end of the course you will be asked to complete an Overall Assessment consisting of open-ended questions designed check the knowledge you have acquired. The assessment will be marked by a globe tutor and you will receive feedback on your answers. If, at the first attempt you are unsuccessful, you can resubmit your answers. Once you have passed the course you will be receive a globe Certificate of Completion via email.
