The aim of this course is to make you aware of stress and how you can deal with it. It will help you to:
  • Identify what stress is.
  • Recognise the symptoms of stress.
  • Identify the causes of stress.
  • Identify the consequences of unmanaged stress.
  • Learn how to manage and deal with stress.
Completing the Course:
 
At the end of the course you will be asked to complete an Overall Assessment consisting of open-ended questions designed check the knowledge you have acquired. The assessment will be marked by a globe tutor and you will receive feedback on your answers. If, at the first attempt you are unsuccessful, you can resubmit your answers. Once you have passed the course you will be receive a globe Certificate of Completion via email.
